STEPS:
1: I transformed the mirror to make it look like it is lying down.
2: I isolated the monster and appendages from the background using a layer mask.
3: I filled the mirror black, and duplicated it.
4: I put the sun in the background layer.
5: I added the muffin, selected the eyes from the creature and copied them to the muffin.
6: I added some lighting effects including a lens flare and a shadow.
